Description

This is a ClarisWorks database that can display a calendar on a weekly or monthly basis.

Viewing and entering data for a calendar

The calendars for 1997 and 1998 have already been entered for you. If you look under the Layout menu, you will see three layouts at the bottom:

data entry	This is where you create new calendars.
by month	This is where you enter, view, and print the montly calendar.
by week	This is where you enter, view and print the weekly calendar.

Select any one of these layouts from the menu to go to that layout.

Creating a new calendar

If you want to add additional weeks yourself, go to the data entry layout (select data entry from the Layout menu). Press Command-R, or select New Record from the Edit menu. Type in the year of the week you want to create. Type in the month of the week you want to create. Type in the week number (of that month, e.g.: 1 4). Re-sort the weeks by selecting Date from the sort popup menu in the toolbar.

Adding a week to the calendar should not be necessary. I will upload the data for 1999 sometime in December of 1998.
